1. Organiser and contact
The organiser is Taco Ranch GmbH, Duisburger Straße 24, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany; info@tacoranch.de. Represented by Jan-Joseph Halajian and Panayotios El Hayek; registered at Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, HRB 83230; VAT ID DE317910126.
2. Entry period and eligibility
The joint GTA VI and Sephora promotion opens at 00:00:00 on 31 October 2026. Entries close at 23:59 on 18 November 2026, including that entire final minute. All times use Europe/Berlin. Individuals must be at least 18 on the entry date. Taco Ranch employees and their families are excluded. Personal details must be accurate. Marketing consent or newsletter registration is not required.
3. One menu, one ticket
Each purchased menu comes with one ticket bearing an entry code. Purchasing several menus provides the corresponding number of tickets. There is no additional entry fee; buying a menu is required to receive a ticket. Ticket distribution is subject to available stock. Each valid code can be redeemed once for one of the two prize options. Valid tickets already issued may be redeemed during the entry period. An individual may redeem an unlimited number of legitimately obtained tickets and enter tickets for both options. Each ticket counts only towards its selected option. More valid tickets for an option mean more chances in that pool; a prize is not guaranteed.
4. Entering online
Choose an option, enter the code and required details, and confirm the entry terms and your eligibility. Verify your email with the one-time code before entries close. Only successful server confirmation registers a ticket. An unverified submission does not reserve the ticket code. If submissions compete, the first successful verification redeems it. Invalid or previously redeemed codes cannot enter. Registered tickets appear in your private “My entries” area.
5. Prizes
There are three copies of GTA VI for PlayStation 5 and three Sephora gift cards worth €80 each. A selected ticket wins one prize from its chosen option. A PlayStation console is not included with GTA VI. Images illustrate the stated prizes.
6. Joint draw and no more than one prize per person
The joint draw is scheduled for 00:00 on 19 November 2026. Only valid tickets confirmed before the deadline are included. Prize slots for both options are randomly shuffled first. For each slot, a ticket is then randomly selected from the remaining eligible tickets for that option. Those tickets have equal chances within that draw step. An individual can win no more than one prize across the entire promotion. Once selected, their other tickets are excluded from subsequent prize slots for both options. Tickets remain in the promotion records. If a pool contains too few distinct eligible people, the same person is not selected again to fill its prize slots. Selection is recorded. Eligibility and possible duplicate identities are reviewed before a binding prize confirmation. Using several email addresses does not permit several prizes. Names and date of birth support matching but do not prove identity; legitimate matching names are reviewed manually. Technical delays must not extend the entry period or trigger a second draw of the same prize slots.
7. Notification and collection
After eligibility review, winners are notified by email and can view their result in the private entry area. An entry confirmation is not a prize notification. Collection is at Taco Ranch, Duisburger Straße 24, 40477 Düsseldorf, from 19 November 2026 during opening hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 to 22:00, Saturday to Sunday 15:00 to 22:00. If an item is not yet available, its handover is arranged with the winner; immediate collection is not promised where it is unavailable. Collection requires the personal prize voucher and valid government-issued photo ID for an on-site name and age check. No ID copy or document number is stored. These terms impose no additional acceptance or collection deadline and no automatic forfeiture merely for failing to respond within a set number of days. Statutory provisions remain unaffected.
8. Misuse and questions
False details, unauthorised code use or established manipulation may lead to exclusion of the affected entry. Unclear cases are reviewed; legitimately obtained multiple tickets are not misuse. If entering or verification fails, check your private entry area and contact info@tacoranch.de if needed. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Publishing a winner’s name or photograph is not a condition of entry or collection.
9. Privacy
The separate privacy notice for this promotion applies. Entering does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
