BROUGHT TO LIFE IN DÜSSELDORF.
We are Jan and Pano. On a trip to New York together in 2010, it was the small Tex-Mex places that stayed with us. Fresh tacos and burritos, a relaxed atmosphere and good food without the fuss. We kept asking ourselves: why is there nowhere like this back home? We took that idea back to Düsseldorf.
Opening our own Taco Ranch took years. We developed our own recipes, searched for a location and renovated the shop. Friends tasted our dishes while we changed ingredients and kept working on the sauces. Plenty of things took a second or third attempt. What stayed with us was the joy of cooking something of our own and sharing it with you.

On 25 November 2018, we opened our first Taco Ranch in Düsseldorf. Our shared idea had become a place where we could share it with you. Ever since, your favourite dishes and your feedback have been as much a part of our story as those first recipes.
We make many of the things that give Taco Ranch its flavour ourselves. Our salsa, guacamole, sour cream, garlic cream and curry ranch follow our own recipes. Our birria beef cooks slowly in the oven for ten hours. We keep tasting, testing and refining our dishes, making tacos, burritos, bowls and birria you can look forward to.
